Before I get into my saga on the next blog, let me tell you about a party…

I am hosting a breast cancer fundraiser on July 25 at the Durham Hilton.  It will consist of an all around excellent time.  It will be from 5 – 11:30 and consist of a reception, dinner and wine pairing and dance party for those who dare:).  For those who do not drink – there is a reduced price ticket.  For those who do not like wine – you can get the reduced price ticket and there will be a cash bar.  For those who like to dance – bring it!  Forty dollars of the ticket cost go directly to Susan Komen.  My mom and I have been participating in the Race for the Cure since 2009 and as long as we can walk – we are raising money.  I have been impressed with all they do not only at a national level but within the local community as well.  Tickets must be purchased by July 20th so that we can pull it all together that week.  PLEASE buy a ticket.  Then tell a friend and have them buy a ticket.  My goal is to raise money for breast cancer research & treatments.  It is a public event and all are welcome.  It is for adults only.  Details are on the Eventbrite Page.  Please check out the link below and share the news.
